Ascent at Hover Crossing is a new affordable housing community under construction at 2225 18th Ave in Longmont. The community will have 1- to 4-bedroom apartments for families earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (e.g., a family of four cannot make more than $120,480). There will also be an onsite Early Childhood Education Center for income-qualified families. 

Anyone interested in learning more is invited to attend an information session on Thursday, Sept 4, from 6 to 7 pm at the Longmont Senior Center (910 Longs Peak Ave). Topics will include details about the property offerings, income qualifications, rent costs and how to apply. Spanish translation and activities for children will be provided.
