The City of Longmont is a member of Colorado Communities for Climate Action (CC4CA). CC4CA advocates for stronger state and federal climate policy on behalf of 40 communities, and their focus is on climate protection and resilience. In addition, staff team up with other Front Range communities to participate in rulemakings associated with air quality and oil and gas. The goal of this work is to share Longmont’s air quality data and to advocate for the protection of Longmont’s residents and ecosystems.
