Announcement of Planned Drone Flight in Various City Locations
The City of Longmont is informing the public of an Unmanned Aerial System (UAS), or drone, flight on Thursday, Oct. 1 at Dickens Farm Nature Area, Golden Ponds Nature Area and possible locations along the St. Vrain Greenway.
This drone flight is being conducted to support Waste Services and Public Information activities in collaboration with Recycle Colorado.
The flight will take place between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., weather permitting.
