The City of Longmont Planning & Development Services Department has scheduled a software upgrade to our permitting/land use software that will take place on Monday, March 20, 2017. To prepare for this upgrade we will be suspending all activities involved in building permit issuance, inspections and land use applications on Friday, March 17, 2017. Please make note of the following dates and times that you should expect downtime or delays in activities related to permitting and inspections:

Friday, March 17, 2017 – All inspection requests for Monday, March 20th will end at 12:00p.m. Please plan accordingly to have all inspections entered in ACA (Accela Citizen Access) before 2:00p.m.

Monday, March 20, 2017 – UPGRADE DAY! We anticipate downtime in building permit, inspections and land use application activities for most of the day. Activity in person at the Development Services Center will be limited and we may be unable to process your requests. We will accept inspections requests over the phone on Monday, March 20th only for inspections that will take place on Tuesday, March 21st. Please call 303-651-8332 until 3:00p.m. if you wish to schedule an inspection.

Tuesday, March 21, 2017 – We expect the upgrade to be complete and to resume our business functions as normal. ACA (Accela Citizen Access) will be available for permitting and inspection scheduling.
