The City is looking for feedback on accessory dwelling units (ADUs)! ADUs are a second, smaller housing unit on the same lot as another, larger home. ADUs can be a useful tool for including additional housing types in a neighborhood without substantially changing the character of a neighborhood. There has been increased interest in ADUs recently and City Council is interested in getting feedback on how ADUs are impacting Longmont’s neighborhoods.
