The City of Longmont is planning drone flights at the Waste Diversion Wetland east of the Longmont Recycling Center (140 Martin Street) on Monday, August 18 and/or Thursday, August 21. All flights will happen between 7 am and 2 pm. Their goal is to get a bird’s eye view of list “A” noxious weeds while technicians are treating them.
