The City of Longmont Ecosystem Management team will conduct drone surveillance missions from January 1 through March 31, 2026 at the Open Space-owned Distel property, just north of Weld County Road 20 1/2 and east of Weld County Road 1. The drone flights may occur anytime during daylight hours and will help ensure that gravel mining is done in compliance with City orders.
