Hand using brass door knocker on white door

Dropping By? Come See the New Place!

Hand using brass door knocker on white doorVisiting NextLight just got easier than ever. In fact, it’s as simple as a quick trip downtown.

As we’ve talked about before, Longmont’s community-owned internet service likes to meet you where you are. For some, that meets visiting our website to set up service or answer a question; for others, reaching out through a phone call or email is just the thing.  And when only face-to-face will do, customers could always stop on by our front desk for customer sales and service.

They still can. But now that customer sales and service counter is at the Longmont Civic Center(350 Kimbark St.).

That means a more central location for you to visit when picking up or dropping off equipment, asking about income-qualified discounts, or signing up for service. It also means that if you like to pay your NextLight bill in person, you can do it in the same building where you pay your other utility bills – one-stop service!

We’ll keep up our old front desk at the Longmont Service Center for a little while as well to help everyone get used to the transition. But going forward, the Civic Center will be the place to be. Stop on by anytime to say hi or get a little help.

It’s one more quick, easy way to make a connection. And that’s what NextLight’s all about.

The Employment Opportunities, Vendor and Employee Self Service portal applications will be down for system maintenance starting Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024 at 6 pm through Friday, Dec. 27, 2024 at noon. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
