Additionally: Longmont will receive 10 guaranteed beds each night and these will be assigned for a week at a time. Interested individuals must apply for one of the guaranteed beds via Sandy Stewart at the OUR Center. Each Tuesday at 9:30 am she will draw 10 names and call those names into the Shelter for a guaranteed one week of shelter. Individuals who are not selected for the 10 Longmont beds for the week may still enter the Boulder Shelter’s general daily lottery. Both sheltering options are available for only 90 days and rules are strictly enforced. Sandy is also the contact for transportation assistance to Boulder for sheltering and guests must see her before 3:30 pm Monday – Friday for a bus pass. No bus passes are issued on the weekends.
