Beginning Monday, February 3rd, coordinated entry screening for adults experiencing homelessness will take place at a new Longmont location. The screening schedule remains the same.

New Location:  
St. Vrain Community HUB

Longmont, CO 80501

Hours for Coordinated Entry Screening:   
Noon – 2 PM  
Monday – Friday  

People who are seeking services through Homeless Solutions for Boulder County (HSBC), should check in at the Information Desk at the St. Vrain Hub during the established screening days and times. Staff will then escort community members to the designated service location within the Hub.   

This new location replaces the OUR Center site, which will no longer house the coordinated entry screening service that is part of HSBC.
