Our customers have reported seeing an online survey that offers “several exclusive reward offers worth at least $70” in exchange for reporting your experiences with “Longmont Power.” This survey is not from Longmont Power & Communications! We do survey customers about their satisfaction with their new NextLight service and their experience with our technical support team, but neither survey offers a prize. Our annual LPC customer survey gives the chance to be drawn for a credit on your electric bill, but no reward offers, exclusive or otherwise.

Always be cautious about any online survey, ad, or message that asks for personal information or payment, or seems to offer an easy reward. These can often be used for identity theft or other scams. Do your research and make sure you know who you’re dealing with. And if you are ever unsure about whether a survey came from LPC, call us at 303-651-8386 and we’ll be glad to let you know.
