Download, print, and mail/drop off your registration entry now. Entries must be received by Friday, July 21st! 

WHEN: July 24th, 25th and July 26th Where: Sunset on July 24th, Ute Creek on July 25th and Twin Peaks on July 26th. Tee times will start at 10:00 AM on Monday & Tuesday and 11:00 AM on Wednesday.

WHO: Any Junior golfer who would like to play in a competitive Junior golf tournament. -There will be different age groups and flights depending upon entries. -The event is open to boys and girls.

COST: $60.00 per player (18 HOLE PLAYERS AGES 13+) $40.00 per player (9 HOLE PLAYER AGES 9-12)

INCLUDES: Green fees and gift certificates to the low scores in each flight. Hot dog, chips, and a soft drink included on the last day at Twin Peaks.

HOW:  This form must be filled out and turned in with full payment by Friday, July 21st. All entry forms must be turned into the Twin Peaks Golf Course Pro Shop in care of Keith Martin.
