The City of Longmont is sponsoring a free “How to Ride RTD” workshop from 6:30 to 8 pm on Tuesday, October 1, at the Longmont Museum, 400 Quail Road. Staff from the City, Commuting Solutions, and RTD will answer your questions including

• how to locate a stop
• how to read a schedule
• how to select the best transit option
• fares and passes
• specialty rides such as SkyRide to DIA; Local, Limited, Regional and Express Bus services
• FlexRide
• how to access RTD transit by bicycle

An RTD Bus will be available to demonstrate how to board, how to load a bicycle on the bus bike racks, and various other features of the bus.
