Celebrate the upcoming spooky season and Day of the Dead holiday by attending one of the many FREE events hosted by the Longmont Library: 

• Halloween Storytime: 10-10:30 am on Thursday, Oct. 31 in the Library Meeting Rooms. For all ages. Costumes are encouraged but not required to have fun. Event is free to attend; no registration required. 
• Day of the Dead/Día de Muertos Storytime: 10-10:30 am on Friday, Nov. 1 in the Library Meeting Rooms. For all ages. We’ll read stories about Día de Muertos, sing songs and make paper flowers. Event is free to attend; no registration required. 
• The Library @ Sandstone Ranch: Celebrate Día de Muertos: 10 am-noon on Saturday, Nov. 2 at Sandstone Ranch Visitors & Learning Center, 3001 Sandstone Drive. Join Ms. Lili from the Longmont Library for a family fun day where we’ll read about traditions, set up the Día de Muertos offering, make paper flowers & papel picado, drink hot chocolate and eat pan de muerto! Come dressed in costumes if you wish! Event is free to attend; however, registration is required at bit.ly/LibOutreach.
