The Mayor’s Meetup, originally scheduled for September 10, has been cancelled in order to prepare for a December session on transportation.

This meeting is the third in a series hosted by Longmont Mayor Joan Peck and Mayor Pro Tem Aren Rodriguez. The meetings are intended for Longmont residents to talk about specific topics that are important to the community. The issue of homelessness was discussed at the first meeting held on March 12, 2022 and affordable housing was discussed at the second meeting held on June 4, 2022. It’s expected that public transportation challenges will be discussed at the third meeting later this year, Saturday, December 3, 9 to 10 am.
