New Look, Same NextLight

I could say Missy likes old pictures, but that’d be an understatement. Sort of like saying that Lois Lane is a little interested in Superman.

Missy loves old pictures.

No, make it stronger.

Missy LOOOOOOOOOVES old pictures. Scattered Old Photos

It could be a yearbook. A photo album. A file on my wife’s laptop. Whatever the occasion, if it’s captured a bit of visual history, our developmentally disabled ward wants to see it. And pore over it. And point it out to anyone nearby.

This goes double when Missy finds an old picture of me or Heather. “Look-look-look!” becomes the order of the day, usually with a wide grin and a laugh. And I can’t blame her. After all, our hair has changed, our clothes have changed, and I certainly no longer look like a human pipe cleaner who would blow away in a stiff breeze.

But what’s neat for her and for us is that the essentials are still there. It’s obvious who we are. And that we’re still the people she loves. The important things haven’t changed.

Just like a certain high-speed connection I know.

New 2020 NextLight LogoIf you’ve been following NextLight for a while, you may have noticed that the “look and feel” of our imagery has changed a bit. There’s new colors in the logo. A sturdier feel to the letters. Even a new phone number to call at 303-774-4494.

But the important stuff hasn’t changed. And I don’t just mean the “swoop” on the logo (though it is cool.)

We’re still proud to bring you a speed and quality that’s the envy of the nation.

We’re still proud to be your community internet service that puts your needs first, even when it means adapting to an international pandemic.

In short, we’re still the fiber service that Longmont has cheered through five years of success. That’s a support that we’re always proud of and that we will never take for granted.
