I admit it. I love discovering what people enjoy so I can recommend new stuff to them.

“Hard science fiction? That’s the best! Have you checked out that new book by the guy that wrote The Martian yet?”

“You’re a fan of the 2021 Denver Broncos season? Well, I know this great dentist who works without Novocain …”

OK, I’m kidding on the last one. But you get the idea. It’s fun to expand someone’s world.

So if you’ve been following these More Power to You pieces for a while, I’m excited to introduce you to the new Efficiency Works blog from our friends at Platte River Power Authority.

I’ve mentioned Efficiency Works here quite a few times, our program to help your home and business save energy and money. And you’ll still see plenty in this space about things like virtual energy efficiency visits, or commercial building tune-ups, or some of the neat savings available at the Efficiency Works online store.

But as you know, More Power to You has quite a few other things to cover, from advanced meter deployments to NextLight discount opportunities or even the occasional rapacious squirrel. Our Efficiency Works friends, meanwhile, will be all-EW, all the time, which gives you a second great source for information on things like the advantages of LED bulbs or how to keep your home energy efficient in winter.
