Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Public Hearing 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board of the City of Longmont at 6:30pm Monday, September 14, 2020 during their live-streamed remote meeting to consider the disposition of Open Space property.  The disposition is intended to grant the Longmont Conservation District a conservation easement on the City’s Newby Farms Open Spaces, an agriculturally leased property east of Union Reservoir, totaling 253.68 acres.  This disposition is to fulfill City Council’s direction regarding issuing easements on existing Open Space properties.  Anyone wishing to provide public comment during the meeting can watch the livestream for instructions on how to do so or contact staff at least 24-hours prior to the meeting to receive information on how to join the meeting.
