The Longmont Department of Public Safety commissioned a project to measure and monitor its encryption channel pilot program. It gathered and compared data from the pilot launch on September 22, 2018 through March 21, 2019 to year-over-year data from September 22, 2017 through March 21, 2018. The attached report contains a summary of the approach and the results of this project.
