Young man helping older couple with modern TV

Relative-ly Helpful

With apologies to Jane Austen: It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a family in possession of the latest gadgets, must be in want of a Young man helping older couple with modern TVrelative to perform technical support.

You know what I’m talking about. Every family has That One Person who gets called on to figure out the latest technology-related challenge. “Why isn’t my printer working?” “How do I set up a router?” “How does all this streaming TV stuff work, anyway?”

It’s a labor of love, but it is labor. So for all the cousins and in-laws and siblings out there who have given “just a few minutes” many times over, NextLight has a little help for you … at least when it comes to the TV end.

Namely, our TV Solutions offering.

Some of you may remember that we debuted this last year to make it easier to “cut the cord” on traditional pay TV. It’s not a streaming service. Instead, TV Solutions is a stand-in for that cousin or in-law, helping folks understand what’s out there in the streaming universe, how to get the shows they want, and then setting it all up – including one of NextLight’s own brand-new WiFi6 routers if you want one, letting the whole house take better advantage of those fiber-fast speeds.

That helps your friends and family. Which means you end up with fewer “help me” telephone calls. Everyone wins.

So if you know someone who needs a little extra help “going with the flow” when it comes to streaming, have them call us at 303-774-4494 or go through our TV Solutions web page. We’ll be there. And it’ll be awesome.

Or maybe even Austen.
