Longmont Public Safety is seeking a few good women and men with an interest in firearms to serve as Range Safety Volunteers (RSV) at the Longmont Police Department/Boulder County Sheriff’s Office Firing Range and Training Facility.

Range Safety Volunteers assist the Range Safety Officers in the prevention of problems on the range through their diligence in performing the following duties: educating users on the range safety rules, provide direct range supervision, enforcement of range safety rules, enforcement of policies and procedures established by the City of Longmont Firearms Training Facility.
