DAVID NICOLAI BLAND is a Sexually Violent Predator and is currently living at the Super 8 Motel, located at 2446 Main Street in Longmont. BLAND has the following convictions requiring him to register as a Sexually Violent Predator:
• Los Angeles County, CA, 1991 – Attempted Rape by Force/Fear/etc., Sexual Battery
• Boulder County, CO, 2011 – Attempted Sex Assault on a Child
• Boulder County, CO, 2016 – Failure to Register as a Sex Offender
