Woman text messaging

Texting, Texting

Imagine, for a moment, that a major Hollywood musical extravaganza has appeared on your front step. You open the door to see dancers on the lawn, singers by the mailbox, perfect choreography … all to deliver one message:

“DOOOON’T FORGET TO PICK UP MIIIILLLLK AFTER WOOORK!”

A little silly, right? Oh, sure, it’s a nice reminder, but we all know it doesn’t need to be a big production number. For a quick message like that, most of us send a friendly text. You get them from family. From friends. From co-workers. Woman text messaging

And, yes, you can get them from NextLight, too.

It’s one more opportunity for us to make life a little easier for our NextLight internet customers. With text messaging enabled, you can get a quick heads-up that one of our techs is on the way. Or a note about an upcoming bill. You can even check your current balance by texting BAL … no need to hunt through emails, it’ll be there in the palm of your hand.

No fuss. No muss. And we promise, no offers of extended car warranties.

So  how do you sign up? Just pick one of the following:

  • If you gave us your cell phone number when you subscribed to NextLight, just text “Start” to 720-438-4103. Once you get a reply, tell us “Yes” to get going.
  • If we don’t have your number, you can add it at your customer account portal and click the box to enable texts.
  • Finally, if you prefer the personal touch, simply call our customer service team at 303-774-4494 or email customerserve@mynextlight.com and they’ll help you get set up.

So if you’re ready to get the message, just let us know. We’ll be glad to keep in touch.

And by the way – don’t forget the milk.
