Trash, recycling and compost collection will not be provided on Thanksgiving Day, observed Thursday, Nov. 28. Residents with Thursday collections will have their carts picked up on Friday.

The Waste Diversion Center, 140 Martin St., also will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28, through Saturday, Nov. 30, for drop off of all materials that require entry through the gate. The single-stream recyclables area in the front of the center will remain open for drop off of items such as paper and cardboard, containers and plastics.
