Keep Your Car Current with LPC’s Chargers
Fill ‘er up … with power! If you drive an electric car, pull up at one of LPC’s four charging stations to top off your battery. The Level 3 “fast charger” at the Longmont Museum, 400 Quail Road, is just $3 a visit – a charged-up car for about the price of a gallon of gas. Or pay only $1 an hour to use one of the Level 2 chargers at the St. Vrain Memorial Building (700 Longs Peak Avenue), the Longmont Service Center (1100 S. Sherman Street) or in the 300 Kimbark parking lot. Then keep an eye out for LPC at the TinkerMill’s September 19 Drive Electric Week event, from noon to 5 pm at 1840 Delaware Place – we’ll bring the Nissan Leaf with us!
