You Sprang Forward – Don’t Let Branches Fall Back
Springtime is a great time for trees in Longmont – unless wind or ice break a branch and send it onto your power line. Have a professional trim your limbs away from the lines, and call Longmont Power & Communications at 303-651-8386 to have the power turned off while work is going on. If you see a power line that has been brought down, call LPC at once and stay far away – the ground can be energized up to 35 feet away.
Downtown Parking and Access Study
The Longmont Downtown Development Authority, the City of Longmont, and Boulder County are conducting a Parking and Access Study for Downtown Longmont. The first step in the process is a public survey to provide the community with an opportunity to share experiences, perceptions, ideas and concerns related to accessing Downtown Longmont using the transportation method of your choice. Please take the survey at DowntownLongmont.com by the March 25 deadline.
