Keep Your Meter Trim
Many people trim down in the spring and summer months – please do the same around your utility meter. City workers read over 68,000 water and electric meters every month, and you can help that happen quickly and easily just by trimming back your lawn from around the meter pit and keeping vegetation from blocking the meter. If you’d rather not have the backyard visit, a remotely read meter can be installed for a one-time fee; just call 303-651-8657 (electric) or 303-651-8468 (water) for more information.
