Building Relationships – a Cup at a Time
You are invited to “Coffee with a Cop” at 10 am at 245 South Main Street, on Saturday, September 27. This is a wonderful chance for you to sit down with our local police officers, share a cup of coffee, and have some great conversations about our community. Details online.

 

LevelUp Longmont is this Saturday
The City’s first esports event is happening all day Saturday, September 27, from 11 am to 6:30 pm at the Library, Civic Center, and Longmont Public Media. Stop by to watch livestreams of the tournament and enjoy food trucks, indoor and outdoor games, an F1 simulator, vendors, giveaways, prizes, and community fun! LevelUp Longmont is an all-ages celebration of digital literacy and friendly gaming culture. Special thanks to the Friends of the Longmont Library and NextLight for powering this special event. Free Talk: Stories of Migration & Music
Join the Longmont Museum this Thursday, Sept. 25 at 7 pm for the free talk “Voices of Change: Stories of Migration & Music.” Motus Theater monologists who are DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipients perform artfully crafted personal stories of immigration accompanied by musical responses from the Boulder Philharmonic String Quartet.
