Utility bill alert: Error on Feb. 27-March 10 bills
The City has identified a printing error that affected some recent utility bills, causing those bills to be sent to incorrect addresses. If you received your bill between February 27 and March 10, please disregard it. As of March 10, the error has been corrected and updated bills have been mailed.
The City takes full responsibility for this mistake and is taking steps to ensure it does not happen again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
