The Museum will provide...

A space between four and six feet wide and the structure for you to set up your altar on. No electric outlets are available. Colorful banners will be provided to rope off your altar space and prevent visitors from touching, but the Museum cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. The Museum will also provide two fake pan de muerto rolls, a sugar skull, and four battery operated votive candles.

We ask you to bring...

Personal items for your altar, sturdy boxes and shelves to create multiple levels/tiers if you want more than the Museum provides, and cloth to cover your altar structure. Items you may want to put on your altar include photographs, objects of personal significance, sugar skulls, unopened bottled or canned drinks, skeletons, artificial food, artificial flowers, cultural decorations, toys, art, unlit incense and candles, etc.

Note: No real food, alcohol, fresh flowers, or lit candles are allowed in the galleries.
