Manage Your Utilities Online
Create an online account to manage your utilities with ease. With an online account, you can view and pay your bills, track your usage, and manage your services from anywhere, at any time.
Paying Your Utility Bill
Six different payment options for your convenience:
- Online Payment: By credit or debit card on the City website. Visit LongmontColorado.gov/UtilityBilling to create an online account and make a payment anytime.
- Automatic Recurring Payment: Set up automatic payments using your credit or debit card or by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Call Utility Billing at 303-651-8664 to set up a recurring payment.
- In-Person Payment: During business hours, pay at the Civic Center, 350 Kimbark Street. After hours, leave your payment by check in the drop box on the west side of Kimbark Street across from the Civic Center.
- Mail Payment: Mail your check to 350 Kimbark Street, Longmont, CO 80501.
- Direct Bank Payment: Make a direct payment from your checking account. Contact your bank for instructions.
- Phone Payment: Call the Utility Billing office at 303-651-8664 between 8 am and 5 pm to pay by credit or debit card over the phone.
