Our Community Relations team offers educational opportunities to help residents, landlords, and housing professionals understand housing rights, responsibilities, and resources. We focus on proactive education that helps prevent conflict and support housing stability.

We can provide informational presentations or set up a resource table at community events to share details about our services.
These requests may be made by:
- Community partners, agencies, or organizations
- Properties or housing providers (for staff or tenant audiences)
- Event organizers seeking program representation
Presentations may include:
- Mediation tools
- Overview of our services
- Relevant housing topics of interest (as capacity allows)
How to Request:
- Complete our Presentation / Resource Table Request Form. A staff member will follow up once your request has been reviewed.
All presentations are informational and available in English and Spanish.
Completing the request form does not guarantee participation. Requests are reviewed based on topic, audience, and staff availability.
