The City of Longmont offers financial assistance and rebates for a number of resident expenses including:

• Housing Rehabilitation
• Down Payment Assistance
• NextLight Discounted Internet Service
• City property tax/rent
• Sharing the NextLight
• Life Support Discount
• Efficiency Programs
• Park and greenway maintenance fee
• Grocery sales tax
• Electricity
• Water

Longmont residents can apply for financial assistance and rebates with one simple form. Applications are considered on an ongoing basis. If you qualify for any of the following programs, you are eligible for assistance and/or rebates with Longmont CAReS:

• LEAP
• SNAP (food assistance)
• Medicaid-MSP or SLMB (Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary)
• 104PTC
• WIC

If you qualify for another program with the same (or lower) income requirements as LEAP, you can request that we accept that program (and that we add it to the prequalified list).

La Ciudad de Longmont ofrece asistencia financiera y reembolsos para una serie de gastos de los residentes, que incluyen:

• Impuesto sobre las ventas de comestibles
• Electricidad
• Agua

Los residentes de Longmont pueden solicitar asistencia financiera y reembolsos llenando una sencilla aplicación. Todas las aplicaciones serán consideradas y no hay límite de tiempo para que tome provecho de esta oportunidad. Si Usted califica para alguno de los siguientes programas, es elegible para asistencia y/o reembolsos con Longmont CAReS:

• LEAP
• 104PTC
• SNAP (asistencia de comida)
• SLMB (Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary)
• QI-1 (Programa de ahorros de Medicare)

Si califica para otro programa con los mismos (o menores) requisitos de ingresos que LEAP, puede solicitar que lo aceptemos (y que lo agreguemos a la lista precalificada).
