Counseling

A young woman is smiling with her hands folded in a casual setting.

Children, Youth and Families offers youth and their families, free-of-charge counseling services by professionally-trained mental health professionals in Spanish and English. Counselors can help families improve communication, assess issues, and plan for the future.  They also can assist families in connecting with various community resources. Licensed therapists provide youth (from 6th grade to 17 years old) with individual, group, and family therapy as well as substance use counseling. Services are available in-person, online, and by phone.
