Practice English conversation with others in an informal, conversational setting. Some English experience suggested, but all welcome.
Drop-in on Mondays at 6 pm for a thoughtful, intentional and inclusive space to gather around the art and craft of writing.
Open chess evenings are informal and there will be basic instruction on how to play. We also have plenty of books about playing and the history of the game.
Become more confident and comfortable speaking English. Practice groups are guided by Library staff.
Get to know other language learners while practicing conversations in Spanish or English.
Get a taste for something new! Participants will have an opportunity to sample different flavored treats from around the world, rank their favorites, and compare notes with other teens.
