Affordable Housing Homeownership Program (AHHP)

The City of Longmont is pleased to offer affordable homeownership opportunities from housing units generated from its Inclusionary Housing Program. The Affordable Housing Homeownership Program (AHHP) promotes homeownership opportunities to low- and moderate-income households.

The AHHP will assist homebuyers with eligibility into income-restricted properties, homeownership counseling and education, case-by-case intervention, and support in default situations.

The AHHP is for buyers purchasing homes within City of Longmont municipal boundaries. AHHP is intended to serve households with two different tiers: those whose annual income falls at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI) for Boulder County, called Affordable; and those whose annual income falls between 81% AMI and 120% AMI for Boulder County, called Attainable.
