The City of Longmont, Boulder County and Longmont Downtown Development Authority have issued a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) to seek an outstanding development partner to redevelopment a 1-acre site located across the street from the recently expanded Boulder County St. Vrain complex off of Coffman Street in downtown Longmont.
