Holiday Guest Pass provides unlimited access to popular recreation facilities, Dec 19 – Jan 5

 

The City of Longmont is making it easy and affordable for families and visitors to stay active and entertained during winter break with its Holiday Guest Pass. The Pass is on sale now and provides unlimited access to the following four City of Longmont recreation facilities from December 19 through January 5:

 

• Longmont Recreation Center (310 Quail Rd)
• St. Vrain Memorial Building (Roosevelt Park, 700 Longs Peak Ave)
• Centennial Pool (1201 Alpine St)
• Ice Pavilion (Roosevelt Park, 700 Longs Peak Ave)

 

Pass options are available for 2 – 8 people, with prices ranging from $25 to $65. Covered activities include ice skating, swimming, basketball, pickleball and fitness classes as well as access to a climbing wall, fitness equipment and other recreation center amenities.

“This pass is a great way to make the holidays more fun and active,” said Ben Wagner, Recreation and Golf Superintendent at the City of Longmont. “Whether you’re hosting family for the holidays or just need to get the kids out of the house, the Holiday Guest Pass offers a variety of options to keep everyone entertained.”

 

How does the Holiday Guest Pass work? The person who will use the Pass most frequently should be the pass holder, regardless of age. That person may bring 1-7 additional guests for unlimited visits during facility open hours.

 

Because there are no exhibits at the Longmont Museum while it is under construction, access to the Longmont Museum is not included with this year’s Holiday Guest Pass. The Museum continues to offer  programs and events for all ages during renovation, and information is available at longmontmuseum.org.
