LONGMONT, Colo. – In observance of the City Services and Facilities Impacted by Juneteenth Holiday, most City facilities will be closed on Thursday, June 19. Due to the Juneteenth holiday, there will be no waste collections on Thursday, June 19. All Thursday collections will instead be collected on Friday, June 20. In addition, please note that the Longmont Recycling Center will also be closed on Thursday, June 19. The Museum’s galleries are currently closed for construction. Programs will continue throughout the gallery closure, including on Juneteenth. We have both a summer camp and an outdoor concert that day. Recreational facilities, including the Sunset Pool, will remain open during regular hours.
