LONGMONT, Colo. – In observance of the City Services and Facilities Impacted by Veteran’s Day Holiday, most City facilities will be closed on Tuesday, November 11. There will be no waste collection on Tuesday, November 11 in observance of Veteran’s Day. If your typical collection day on or after Tuesday, your waste will be collected will be one day later during the holiday week. Please have containers out before 7 AM. Visit the collection schedule webpage or call 303-651-8416 for more information. In addition, please note that the Longmont Recycling Center will also be closed on Tuesday, November 11. The Museum’s galleries are currently closed for construction. Programs will continue throughout the gallery closure. We have both a summer camp and an outdoor concert that day. Some recreational facilities, including the Centennial Pool, will remain open during regular hours.
