Coming Soon: Longmont to launch new City website in mid-August
The City of Longmont plans to launch a new website in mid-August that will be redesigned for greater ease of use by visitors.
The launch would be the first major redesign for the city’s website in over a decade, aimed at making its information easier to navigate and search, as well as making it simpler to use on a mobile device. The City also plans to offer more information in Spanish and will also provide a new online utility payment portal.
The new site will continue to use the same Web address at www.longmontcolorado.gov.
The City will make a formal announcement when the upgrade is complete, which is currently expected to be the week of Aug. 19.
Utility customers who already have online payment set up will need to create a new account and re-register their information after the new website goes live. Customers will be notified by email when the new payment portal is active so that they can re-enter their information at the proper time. Those who need further assistance at that time should call Utility Billing at 303-651-8664.
