The City of Longmont Ecosystem Management Team will conduct drone flights between March 30 and June 30, 2026 to monitor mining activity on City-owned property. The drone flights may occur anytime during daylight hours.

Flights will take place over City-owned properties southeast of Union Reservoir,  in an area roughly between East County Line Road, Colo. Highway 119, County Road 7, and County Road 20 ½, near Boulder Creek.
