Drone Flight Notification: July 2, 2026

City of Longmont Ecosystem Management will oversee a brief drone flight over the wetland south of Lykins Pond on on Thursday, July 2. The flight is scheduled to take place between 11 am and noon for the purpose of collecting information on List A noxious weeds in the cattails for an upcoming volunteer event. The drone won’t be flown over the trail at any point and so should not fly over any members of the public.
