As part of its regular maintenance, Longmont Power & Communications will be using a drone to inspect its power poles and electrical equipment on Wednesday, Dec. 6 in an area roughly from 15th Avenue north to 17th Avenue and from Main Street east to the railroad tracks.

The unmanned flights will be within the utility right-of-way and take place approximately between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. There are no planned outages related to this work.
