Get Moving, Kids! Creative Movement Classes with Anima Arts Are Back
The Library excited to welcome Anima Arts back for a series of creative movement classes that celebrate the way children experience the world: through curiosity, exploration, and play. Our next class will be Sunday, Feb. 16.
Led by Mimi of Anima Arts, these fun, interactive classes will use dance, music, games, stories, and props to explore themes inspired by nature, art, science, and adventure. Children will have the chance to express themselves, learn new skills, and connect with others in a joyful, creative environment.
Anima Arts is a local arts in public health organization dedicated to supporting the health and wellness of children and families through arts-based movement education. By blending creativity with movement, Anima Arts offers children a chance to develop important social, emotional, and physical skills while having fun.
