Work on the Hotel Longmont continues to progress rapidly. Construction on the adjacent parking garage will begin in May 2025. As a result, the loading/unloading Pull-Out Zone in the 300 east alley will be removed permanently sometime in May. Once complete, the hotel garage will have public parking on the ground level and hotel guest valet parking on the second level.

This release will be updated when a firm date on the pull-out zone removal is finalized.

After the pull-out zone is removed, cars will be allowed to park for 20 minutes or less in the alley to load/unload. After 20 minutes, cars must be moved to a longer-term parking space.

15 Minute Parking on Main St. Reminder

There are four 15-minute parking spaces on the 300 east block of Main Street. These spaces are designated to support businesses on this block that need short-term parking for pick up/drop off and loading/unloading for themselves or customers during the hotel construction. Please help us to keep these spaces open for this use.
