Confession time: I am terrible at waiting on hold.
Some people can sit by the telephone with monk-like patience, waiting for the helpful person on the other end to come on the line. Me? I’m the guy who’s wincing at how the hold music sounds over speakerphone. Or making wry comments about the automated messages. Or simply glancing at my phone to see how long I’ve been waiting this time.
NextLight is a lot better about that than most places – when you’re community-owned, good treatment of your call-in customers is definitely a priority! But even with a good phone experience and a good team behind it, some folks want another way to do business. (And of course, it’s always good to have a backup in case something happens to a phone line or cell connection.)

That includes the ability to sign up for NextLight service over the internet and to pay your bill online. No muss, no fuss, no call needed. (For even less fuss, you can set up your account to auto-pay your bill each month – one more thing you don’t have to remember!)
If you need to call, of course, we’re still there at 303-774-4494. We’ve even got folks who can handle a (socially distanced) visit in person at 1100 S. Sherman St., if that’s what you need. But if your day has had enough phone calls as it is, and you just want to take care of things yourself, we’ve got you all taken care of.
