The City of Longmont will activate the new traffic signal at Hover Street and Mountain Brook Drive on Thursday, April 2. The signal was installed as part of the Mountain Brook housing development to maintain traffic operations on Hover Street while providing safe access to the neighborhood.

Once operational, the signal will provide controlled movements for vehicles, pedestrians and bicyclists traveling through the intersection. Drivers are reminded to watch for new signal timing and pedestrian crossings when traveling through the area.
