If you are a Longmont resident who is 55 years old or older, will you give us ten minutes of your time to share your experiences with the Longmont Senior Center? Your input helps us understand your needs and expectations so that we can shape recreation and resource programs which support you. The online survey is ten questions and your answers are anonymous, confidential, and reported in aggregate. You need only to reply to the questions which apply to you.

The LSC survey is available online through Survey Monkey or you can stop by the Longmont Senior Center to fill out a paper copy Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Please fill out the survey one time, either online or on paper. This survey is limited to adults 55 years of age or older.
