Volunteer to Help Spruce Up Downtown
Give Downtown some TLC from 8 to 11:30 am on Saturday, April 23. The Longmont Downtown Development Authority is looking for volunteers to assist with trash pickup, cleaning, spreading mulch and more. Longmont City Council will host an in-person Coffee with Council from 9 to 10 am on Saturday, April 23, at Lashley Street Station, 1200 Lashley St. At this event, you can talk informally with Council Members Susie Hidalgo-Fahring and Tim Waters on any topic of your choice. Serve on a City Advisory Board or Committee
You’re invited to share your voice, expertise and vision with City Council by applying to serve on one of the City’s Advisory Boards or Commissions. These committees help City Council learn about and make decisions on a wide variety of issues that affect the safety, economy and quality of life of Longmont’s residents and businesses.

Earth Day Celebration
Celebrate Earth Day during the free annual community event from 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday, April 23. The event will feature hands-on activities for kids and special events for all ages highlighting sustainability and environmental issues. Learn more at LongmontMuseum.org or by calling 303-651-8374.
Windows to Wellness Booths and Vendors
Calling all wellness practitioners, holistic healers and health vendors! Reach a new audience at the Windows to Wellness fair on Saturday, May 14, at the Longmont Senior Center, 910 Longs Peak Ave. This popular fair boasts a variety of vendors to provide guests with health and nutritional needs. Free fitness classes and workshops will be held throughout the day, and guests can sign up for 10-minute sessions with a wellness practitioner for $5 or 20-minute sessions for $10. Traditional Japanese Taiko Drumming
Head to the Stewart Auditorium at 7 pm on Thursday, April 21, for a dynamic and high-energy show you won’t soon forget! Performing traditional Japanese Taiko drumming, as well as their own original compositions, Denver Taiko’s rhythmic grooves and heart-pounding beats make for a lively event. Free COVID At-Home Tests and Masks
